How do I get tickets to shows and workshops?
Please visit our website "Shows & Workshops" page to find tickets/register for our shows and workshops. We do not have a box office. All ticket sales are through our website. All sales are final, tickets are non-refundable.

Where is the festival taking place and where should I enter?
The festival is in LabO Theatre and LBO 2202 within the Arts Court Ottawa,
there several entrances to the building. We suggest coming in via 10 Daly Avenue by the
Ottawa Art Gallery. See yellow star on the map. Please note the building opens at 9 AM each day.

​​Where can I park?
For parking near Labo Theatre there are a few options.
​
Paid parking options are available at the Rideau Centre, Les Suites Hotel, and at the corner of Besserer and Waller.
Some free street parking can be found in the nearby Sandy Hill and Lowertown neighborhoods, as well as after 6 pm and all day on weekends at the underground City Hall parking garage (a 10-minute walk).

Is there food onsite?
Yes, there is a cafe within the complex, please visit the Jackson Cafe website for details. The Rideau Centre food court is also just a few steps away and the Byward Market has many options.

​Yes, absolutely, although our focus is on aerials we welcome performers of all levels from other circus disciplines.
